Wastewater recycling in the manufacturing process of precision hydraulic manifold blocks.
The use of water is necessary in many industrial manufacturing processes.
It is used in particular for washing but also for the evacuation of waste, the cooling of certain installations or to operate boiler systems.
Process improvements and technical advances reduce the water requirements of the industry. At VMF, we use an average of 100 m3 of water per year. All this wastewater is recycled to limit the impact of our activity on the environment.

Metal is a durable material that has a limited impact on the environment. Infinitely recyclable, metal can have several lives, it is easily recoverable and can be reused perpetually.
Beyond the legal obligations, VMF, expert in the design and manufacture of custom hydraulic manifolds, is committed to recovering and recycling its metal waste. On average, we recycle and process 75 to 80 tons of metal per year.

Our company has acquired recognized expertise in the manufacture of hydraulic manifold blocks for offshore wind installations. Our precision blocks are designed with features to work and withstand salt environments, humidity and sometimes extreme temperature variations. Our manifold blocks are also installed on offshore wind turbine installation equipment, such as hydraulic cranes.
